Located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Ezme is the newest concept from Chef Antimo DiMeo and the award-winning Bardea Restaurant Group. Inspired by travels through Turkey, Greece, and the Aegean Coast, Ezme is a modern coastal Mediterranean restaurant rooted in vibrant flavors, warm hospitality, and ingredient-driven cooking.

Just across the street from Bardea Food & Drink, where the group’s story first began, Ezme marks both a return to first principles and a new creative chapter centered around fire, spice, herbs, citrus, and the joy of gathering around the table.
