Our Story

Ezme was born from a journey. After traveling through Turkey, Greece, and the Aegean Coast, Chef Antimo DiMeo returned inspired by the vibrancy of the food, the warmth of the hospitality, and the way meals brought people together.

The flavors stayed with him: wood fire, citrus, herbs, spice, olive oil, fresh seafood, and dishes designed to be shared. Ezme became a way to translate those experiences into something personal,  a restaurant that celebrates coastal Mediterranean cuisine through the lens of curiosity, creativity, and connection.

Located at 625 N. Market Street in Wilmington, Ezme continues the evolution of the Bardea Restaurant Group while offering a dining experience entirely its own: energetic, soulful, and deeply rooted in hospitality.
